I taught a small men's yoga group.

Adapting to the pandemic...

We are all sitting too much.
We are all looking at screens too much.
All this holding still makes us tight and uncomfortable.

I come to you and teach you some yoga,
but also gentler, easier, more stable positions.

I help you learn ways of moving that help your shoulders, and back, and hips feel better.
I teach you ways of moving that feel good, so that you will get off the couch and do them most days.

This is not about getting you pumped up, though we can do that.
But we will do some muscle toning and strength training.

I have worked mostly with mature men and out of shape men over the years.
But I happily work with any guy. Even if you're fit, you will get stiff and sore.
I also have experience working with people with disabilities.
