Found this in old archive:

A pillar was buried near the church, to which a naked woman who had fallen into fornication was then tied. The woman was tied to this pole and then, after leaving the church, she was beaten in the presence of the people, as she was judged each time. Before that, she had to sit on a so-called shame chair in the church.
