I recently had an operation which involved removing one of my testicles! While I am still suffering pain from that I am seriously considering having the other one removed!

I have looked at pics of men with no bollocks and find them sexier than men with one or even two bollocks!
Any advice would be appreciated!

When you have the other one removed, have them remove the ball sack as you will look super smooth and sexy

Surely if you have no bollocks you wouldn’t produce testosterone and so have no sex drive? And I thought most of the ejaculate came from the prostate?
