US adult film star, Ron Jeremy was indicted on 34 sex crime charges by a Grand Jury. This action has been long awaited by the many women who have brought to light 'Hedgehog's' unsolicited and un-wanted adv_nc_s. The pinching and biting; the allegations of r_pe....

'Hall-of-Fame' star, Ginger Lynn claims she was ra_ed by Ron Jeremy on her 21st birthday, (1986) while in Hawaii making a film. After a day shooting scenes, Ginger and co-star Jerry Butler were having sex at the beach (privately) when Hedgehog walked up to them and asked to join-in. Afterwards, Ginger made her way to her bungalow. Jeremy followed her and 'tore' through a screen, entered and hid behind a door, he then pounced on Ginger, violently ra_ing her, leaving her in shambles. The next day, she was FORCED to work 'with' Hedgehog on another scene for the film with her telling of the attack, her concerns and complaints fell upon deaf ears and director, producers worried about making money. Needing to be **** herself, she decided she had no choice but to get it over with. Mounting pressure and humiliation was too much for her. Already struggling with a dr_g addiction, she began getting high and went on a two-day bender on a yacht, eventually losing her job and being kicked off the set. To this day, Jermy denies the ra_e occurred, saying all sex with Ginger was consensual.

British porn actress Lianne Young aka Billie Britt was 'attacked in a packed nightclub' by Hedgehog. ~ While attending the porn industries Halloween party on the 'strip', held at the 'House Of Blues', she was wearing only a sexy bikini and enjoying herself with friends and colleagues when Hedgehog snatched her, forcing her onto a table and inserting himself into her. She says, "it only lasted a mere, few seconds as I fought him and got him off of me", leaving her traumatized, humiliated, hurt, in pain, and shocked. Lianne said further, "three porn industry bosses witnessed the attack, sat there and 'watched' as it happened, doing NOTHING to help her, during or after the ra_e". Ron Jeremy Denies Allegations of Ra_e, Brought by Ginger Lynn

Two nights ago, Ginger Lynn accused Ron Jeremy of r_ping her two decades ago in a Hawaiian bungalow, reigniting a dispute between the two over the nature of the sex that took place then. So far all that has been discovered is that there is no definitive proof – and, given the timeline, there likely never will be. Jeremy denies the accusation and expresses dismay that a topic he thought had been dropped, has revived itself in so public a manner. “That she’s been saying this is really bizarre,” Jeremy told AVN.com “Somehow her memory must be fucked. I don’t know why she’s doing this.”

The accusation was spontaneously delivered by Lynn while hosting KSEX radio's, 'The Ginger Lynn Show', a weekly Internet radio show that Lynn hosts. While discussing a weekend party, Ron Jeremy’s name was mentioned and for some reason, Lynn just couldn’t contain herself any longer. “It just snowballed. Everything just slipped and spilled. It was not planned," Lynn told AVN.com....

Jeremy is confused as to why Lynn renewed her accusations. “I hosted a show with her a year ago in Orange County, we got along great. I’ve hung out with her since then. She likes my girlfriend Natalie,” said Jeremy. Hedgehog even appeared on the 'E! Ginger Lynn - True Hollywood Stories' special last year. “I said nice things,” he said.

Jeremy claims to be very upset that Lynn has gone public with her accusations, suggesting that if this story ends up in mainstream media Lynn may be facing charges of libel. Jeremy says, “A guy looks bad whether he’s innocent or not and that’s just not fair." Lynn suggests that she was civil to Jeremy because decorum mandated it. “Of course, I’m going to be polite in public,” she said.

Jeremy also claims to have told the story of Jeremy’s alleged ra_e while being interviewed for her 'E! Ginger Lynn - True Hollywood Stories' special last year. The producers opted not to use the footage, citing a possible liable suit.

While Lynn didn’t intend to bring up her charges against Jeremy on her Internet radio show, she was already planning on creating a website to “expose” Jeremy’s alleged sex crimes and support other women in the adult community that also claim to have been r_ped by Jeremy. Lynn claims to have a dozen women who have written her letters claiming to have been ra_ed by Jeremy.

Originally the site was intended to refer to Jeremy in an obvious manner without actually naming him – although Lynn says that enough information would be given so that women in the industry would definitely know the identity of the “sexual predator” the website was outing. Plans for the website are still in the works. Lynn is currently obtaining permission from the various women who claim to have been ra_ed by Jeremy to post first-person accounts of their experiences. “It’s such a devastating and horribly intrusive thing that has happened to us that it is hard to talk about. I just want to make sure that everyone is comfortable,” Lynn told AVN.com.

Jennifer Steele has already come forward saying that she was allegedly r_ped twice – once on a Hustler photo shoot and once at Jeremy’s apartment. Her full email is posted at TopProTalent.com, a site operated by Wankus, the program director of KSEX. The two Websites claim not to be affiliated. Lynn says that she will post further accusations from more women on TopProTalent.com.

Another woman, Kiki Daire, claimed while co-hosting 'The Ginger Lynn Show' that Jeremy repeated, "let me put in just the tip, just the tip,” then against her wishes turned a scene that was supposed to be a blowjob into a vaginal penetration boy/girl scene on a set. She claims the cameraman did nothing to stop it. Jeremy has denied those accusations. “People are very vocal in this business. If I had problems with girls in the past, don’t you think it would have been out there?” Jeremy asked, suggesting that nobody in the adult industry would stand by and watch him r_pe a woman.

One rumor that was circulating yesterday, though not originated by Lynn, has already been discredited. Tina Cherri was allegedly r_ped by Jeremy and allegedly received hush money not to mention it. Cherri herself left a message on the AVN.com message machine denying those rumors. “I think people should try calling the source before they go and say things like that,” she said.

The alleged r_pe of Ginger Lynn took place during the shooting of 'A Little Bit of Hanky-Panky' in Hawaii during December 1983. Lynn and Jerry Butler, also in Hanky-Panky, were on the beach having sex on their own time. Jeremy came up and asked to join in. According to Jeremy, he took part in a threesome. In his book 'Raw Talent', Butler did write about a three-way involving himself, Lynn and Jeremy with Lynn suggesting that Butler is covering for Jeremy – Jeremy claims that’s ridiculous. “He [Butler] insults me in the book," Jeremy said. "He has no reason to try to defend me. He says ‘Oh, that lecher. It was the three of us on the beach.’ She’s claiming we never did it.” After the sex on the beach was finished, be it a three-way or only with Butler, Lynn then went to her bungalow. So did Jeremy. “It has nothing to do with what happened later anyway and Ronny for some reason keeps saying to me ‘Yeah, we’d had sex on the beach already, so I figured it was okay," said Lynn. “First of all, we didn’t, and even if we did, which we didn’t, why would it make it okay to break into my condo and hide in the bathroom behind the door and r_pe me afterwards.” Jeremy says that he let himself in but denies that the sex that took place was not consensual. “After having sex with someone on the beach, why would you not want to have sex with them? I went up to the room with her to take a shower and then we messed around. No goodbye, no get lost; We were very good friends, how can you r_pe a friend?”

The next day Lynn and Jeremy performed in a scene together. Two weeks later they did so again in a movie shot in New York. The project, 'Super Girls in General Hospital', was directed by Henri Pachard. Lynn says that when she found out she was supposed to be in a scene with Jeremy, she tried to back out. Pachard convinced her to stay and shoot the scene, but Lynn claims she went on a dr_g binge to cope with it, a binge that culminated with her being replaced in the movie as Lynn spent the next few days doing dr_gs on a yacht. Lynn readily admits that she had a dr_g problem during that time, though she is now in a 12-step program.

Lynn didn’t say anything about the incident at first. However, as time went on, she became vocal about it. In the '80s, Lynn says she screamed at Jeremy outside the 'Comedy Store', for the first time calling him a r_pist. Soon after, she says she told of the alleged r_pe in a Hustler interview soon after she left Vivid, sometime between 1986-1988. The industry didn’t even shrug.

After returning to the adult industry and signing a contract with VCA in 1999, Jeremy and Lynn had a meeting mediated by Veronica Hart, a mutual friend. “She was sitting in front of [Veronica Hart] – ‘We never had a threesome on the beach’ Maybe you were high – we did,” said Jeremy, who suggested that her poor memory of that incident, which Butler corroborates, discredits her memory of what happened in the bungalow. Hart, who seems to be the only common denominator, refuses to take sides.

“Ginger has always felt that Jeremy ra_ed her. That’s been her story from the beginning, that’s how she remembers it,” Hart said. “She came home, he was at her place, he split a screen to come in. Ron does not remember it as a r_pe. They both believe their own story. Ron, in his mind does not believe he r_ped her and she, in her heart knows that he did". Hart does say that she has never heard any similar allegations from other women in the adult community. After the attempted mediation, Lynn and Jeremy agreed to disagree about their past – until now.

Ron Jeremy will reportedly be declared incompetent to stand trial for more than 30 counts of ra_e. According to the 'Los Angeles Times', the retired adult film star, 69, whose legal name is Ronald Jeremy Hyatt, is suffering from "severe dementia" and will be declared unfit for trial on Jan. 17 and likely be placed in a state-run hospital, following allegations from at least 20 women since June 2020.

In an email obtained by 'The Times', L.A. County Deputy District Attorney Paul Thompson said that mental health experts enlisted by both the prosecutors and Hyatt's legal team determined his condition, of which there was no evidence he was faking. "As a result of the agreement of the experts, the defendant will be declared incompetent to stand trial ... his prognosis for improvement is not good," Thompson wrote. "If he does not improve, we will not be able to try him for his crimes," he continued. "Because criminal proceedings are suspended as long as he is incompetent, we also cannot get a guilty plea from him or discuss other measures to get justice for the victims in this case."

(NOV. 17, 2023) Aged 70, Jeremy has been released to a private care facility due to his poor health condition(s). He will not be sentenced on the over 30 counts of ra_e, assault, assault on two minors', assault using objects for intercourse, ra_e with violence, restraints... and many more counts. The Communications Director for the L.A. District Attorney stated their concerns of him attacking the caregivers as he has done at other facilities he has already been sent to. No other facilities or hospitals will take him in!

Lianne Young, a former British adult film star and one of Hyatt's accusers, told 'The Times' she was "kind of numb" after hearing of the decision, noting that his indictment sparked a necessary conversation about consent in the adult film industry. "It's going to come down to public opinion now, and public opinion has looked at Ron like a god," Young said. "It could be an indication to other predators or viewers of pornography that they can get away with such crimes."

- One 'girl' went to the cops & reported he ra_ed her in the bathroom at the 'Rainbow' (Sunset Strip). He threw her a $100 bill afterwards! She said, "my brother and boyfriend, both, told me to stay away from that guy, he's bad news". - “Wouldn't it be funny if we got a picture and an autograph from him?” one woman, identified only as Jane Doe 8, said she remembered telling her friend when they saw Jeremy in 2013 at a West Hollywood bar and grill. He would sexually assault her minutes later, testified the woman, one of several who said their attacks came in the same small bathroom.

- “I was like, wow, you know, this is Ron Jeremy, I mean, I was kind of impressed. I’m like he’s - I don’t want to say ‘celebrity,’ but you know, he kind of was,” said Jane Doe 7- when Jeremy came to the door of the Hollywood hotel room she was sharing with friends, where the porn actor would ra_e her soon after, according to her testimony. "I asked him how he found out the room number as he pushed his way in then ra_ed me and my roommate." He threw money at them as he left. This time though, he had them put on pieces of scrap paper for him, their recollection of the event that just happened. (His secret way of getting some sort of proof of consent)

- Numerous girls - women tell of their gro_ing encounters with him at the AVN events... posing for photos for fans, he simply shoves a finger into their vaginas, or reaches into their blouse and grabs their boobs firmly, all while smiling for the photo!

- A 'teen' attends a rave he is hosting. Her friends tell her that he is a celebrity. She approaches him to get a selfie, he takes her into the back-stage area, to a small, dark room where he asks, "you want to see something really cool?", as he lifts her above his head, sliding a sex-toy into her virgin vagina!

Ron Jeremy **** Accuser Comes Forward: ‘I Wondered if He Planned to Kill Me’

Jennifer Steele Mondello, a former adult performer known as “Jennifer Steele,” is the author of the new book 'Adult Agency: A Memoir'.

“December 12, 1997. "I will never forget that fucking date,” says Jennifer Steele Mondello. “When he was ra_ing me, I could tell that he had done this before.”

Mondello met Jeremy at 'Stars Cabaret', a strip club in Beaverton, Oregon, in December 1997. Since she wanted to become an adult entertainer, her manager at the time introduced her to Jeremy, ensuring her that he was 'safe'. "Ron offered to help me meet some contacts to make girl-girl and solo scenes, and that I could stay at his place in Los Angeles,” says Mondello. “I clarified and he agreed that sex between us was not part of the deal, and I took great care to make sure he knew I wasn’t open to it.” During what she claims was a “no-contact shoot” at 'Hustler Studios', Mondello alleges that Jeremy brought her into a bathroom because he was having a hard time getting an erection and asked her to “bend over for a visual fluff” so he could get aroused, while promising that he wouldn’t touch her. “While I bent over, facing the other way, Ron broke my trust and entered me, and I pushed myself away and we continued the shoot. I was new and didn’t know who I could trust of all the people around me who were fawning over Ron. At the car, he convinced me it was a misunderstanding and that it wouldn’t happen again, and that I was safe staying at his place that night.”

Mondello didn’t have a place to stay, so she says she decided to take him at his word and accept his offer. But later that night at his apartment, she alleges that he assaulted her. “He roused me out of my sleep to coerce me into letting him give me oral sex with the promise to leave me alone afterwards. He said I should appreciate everything he was doing for me,” she says. “When I refused sex, he ra_ed me. He ra_ed me in my mouth, my vagina, and anally. The trauma created memories of watching myself being ra_ed from another side of the room. There were some moments I wondered if he planned to kill me, because how would a celebrity get away with doing this to people if I remained alive?” she adds. “He stopped when he saw tears and blood, and at that point I was relieved I would live. I took a shower, and I wanted to stay in that shower forever. I lost trust in myself and my intuition after that.”

Mondello received mental health counseling for trauma via the 'Pineapple Support Society', a therapy support service for those in the adult industry. Founder and CEO of Pineapple Support Society, Leya Tanit, confirmed that Mondello had therapy sessions through their network.

Mondello was hesitant to come forward because the cultural atmosphere of 1997 was very different to today regarding sexual-assault allegations. “He was a celebrity. It was 1997. It would have ended up all over the news stations, and I had seen what happened to Lorena Bobbitt. I had seen what happened to Anita Hill. The last thing I wanted was to, you know, accuse a celebrity of ra_e - especially a porn star. It would have been a joke how I saw it. I asked one of the cops if it would be enough to press charges if I had bruising and DNA and he said considering I was a stripper and he was who he was, they wouldn’t press charges based on that.” Worried that nobody would believe a sex worker, she decided not to file a police report at the time of her alleged ra_e.
“I figured if I told people something would get done within the [adult] industry, and I didn’t want to be the person known for making the industry look bad,” she says. “I thought the industry would take care of it internally.” But nothing was done, and Jeremy kept being cast in adult industry productions and booking appearances at strip clubs.

Gene Ross, former executive editor of adult industry company 'AVN Publications'.... was one of the first people to publish sexual-misconduct allegations against Jeremy back in 2004. “We’re talking 18 years, and he didn’t get prosecuted until 2020, so this story was sitting for 16 years. Nobody wanted to believe it,” says Ross. “I wrote the story in 2004, and everybody kept saying, ‘Oh, that couldn’t be, oh, that couldn’t be. I kept stirring the pot on this thing and Jeremy would call me totally insane denying everything, saying he was going to sue me. I must have talked to at least six or seven different women… He’s like that guy in the bar who wouldn’t take rejection. He wouldn’t take no for an answer. I wasn’t a witness to what was going on between [Jeremy and Mondello], but her story fit the mold of all the other women I talked to.” The assault occurred in 1997, in 2020 she was interviewed by the' Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office'. “I felt so good to tell somebody official who cared,” says Mondello. “I can’t even describe the sense of full circle. I was not one of the charging victims. I was one of the victim witnesses. There was a certain M.O; I would be there to back up what he [Jeremy] had been doing it since at least 1997. They called me a victim witness, historical witness, prior bad acts witness. I don’t wish ill-will on him, but I’m glad that he’s locked up.

"These types of things are happening today, and there’s nothing the industry has done to change things, not that I can see” says Mondello. She is creating a free website to be available next year, 'SturdyStairs.com', that allows adult performers to anonymously share their experiences after each scene on set. She hopes to turn it into a nonprofit. “That way they can start seeing patterns at different companies... which companies are behaving, and which companies are a problem in certain areas,” explains Mondello. “And then the talent can decide for themselves who they want to work for.”
