Anyone have trouble with uploads?

Hi there everyone, is there issues with uploads for users? Some kind additional co-worker agreement needed? Our uploads ar staying on modaration phase, support said thta some kind agreement is needed but we cant add any fields there after upload. Is there anyone who can tell and know how deal with this, we cant reach out for support, its like weeks waiting for reply at this time.
