Can you tell my butt got a little bit bigger? :P
Measured myself after 5 days of doing exercises with weights added and here are the results;
- Gained 1cm on butt.
- Lost 1cm in waist.
- Lost 6cm on belly.
- Lost 0.8kg
I intended to do this for a month and measure every week but I couldn't help myself haha, but still I did not expect results like these this fast. So needless to say I'm pretty stoked about this :3
