Know the difference between transvestite and transsexual
A lot of people think that transsexuals and transvestites are the same thing. They might even look like it. But there is something that sets them apart.

Entender essa diferenciação ainda é complicado. Mesmo as famílias que vivem com uma pessoa transexual têm grande dificuldade em compreender e mudar para adaptar-se a esta identidade não prevista.
Outras pessoas têm menos necessidades de se adaptar, embora também tenham de lidar com o afastamento afetivo. Estes comportamentos fazem todos sofrerem.
