The scam starts, the phone call is silent to you answer the call say in hello, the person will say is ( your name) dont say your name or say yes, this person sound english but it not, the scammer is using a voice program changer, the person will say, my name is, but it a indian name, that person says i am doing a servay on another name company name on be half of TSB, ( thats a red flag) all banks from the uk dont phone you, even they dont do survays, if it security problems, they will send you a letter in the post, i told that person you have broke data protecton act, i opt out of any survays.
