New random ring back phone scam

You get a randam phone call, but it is silent or a message saying please ring me back on this phone number, Then it cut off, it wants you to do a phone number recall check, it want you to phone back on the number they have phoned you on, do not ring back on that phone number, it you put you on a premiume scam phone line, wonce you are connected you can not get off it.
