Life Update: Getting Back to Content Creation
Hey everyone!
It’s been a while since I’ve shared an update, so I thought I’d take a moment to fill you all in on where my head’s at lately.
As many of you know, I’ve always loved creating content—whether it's videos, blogs, or just connecting with all of you through different platforms. But recently, I’ve been feeling a little off. I’ve been itching to get back into the groove of things, but something’s been holding me back.
After a lot of reflection, I’ve realized that my confidence has taken a bit of a hit. And it’s something I’ve decided to work on before jumping back into full-on content mode. For me, a huge part of that confidence comes from how I feel about myself physically. Over the past few months, I’ve put on some weight, and while I’ve never been one to focus too heavily on appearances, I can tell it’s affecting how I feel in front of the camera.
So, I’ve set a goal: I want to focus on losing a bit of weight—not for anyone else, but for myself. It’s less about fitting a certain image and more about feeling comfortable in my own skin again. I know it’ll make me feel more confident when I start creating content again, and that’s really what it’s all about.
This isn’t about some crash diet or unrealistic expectations. I’m focusing on sustainable changes—eating better, moving more, and taking care of myself, mentally and physically. I know that once I feel more like myself again, the energy and creativity I bring to my content will follow.
I’m excited for this new chapter, and I hope you’ll be there to support me along the way. It’s a journey, but one I’m ready to embrace fully. Once I feel ready to get back in front of the camera, I know I’ll be bringing my best self—confident, energized, and ready to create.
Thanks for being patient with me, and I can’t wait to share this journey (and some awesome new content) with you soon!
Until next time, Stephanie <3
