New phone scam local energy provider scam

Phone call starts i am from your local enegy provider, but it shows the phone nunber is from london, not from your local area,your engry phone number, that red flag, then questions, whats my first name, whats my sure name ? whats my account number ? and ask whats my address, if they can not say that information back to you, they are a scammer.
