Using The Report Buttons In The Live Cam Section.
There are four ways to report a cammer for breaking the rules, this blog will explain what they are, what to report with them and how to identify when certain rules are broken.
Performer(s) looks under 18
This sounds obvious like if it's a ch ild on cam or the cammer's ki d walks across the screen but there are grey areas. For instance the cammer looks like they might be under 18 but it's hard to tell because they look so close. Ask them how old they are, usually they will say the truth. Don't start accusing them that they are under 18 because then they will say they are 18+. When you ask make it sound like it doesn't matter and they are usually honest. I've had some even say they were 15 and they got terminated. The main thing is to not attack them.
If they say they are 18 but look younger then report, if other viewers feel the same way then the cammer will get terminated. If it is obvious the cammer is under 18 first report them then inform the room to do the same thing (this is the part I hate because you can see how many creeps there are because they say "so what let's just watch").

Broadcasting is pre recorded (not live)
This is a "catch-all" report. This is the button you use if a vid is playing, if a cammer is saying "I only private on skype for paypal", "we only have sound on another website blah-blah.com", peeing/pooping/blo od on cam, doing do gs on cam, ani mals on cam with them and basically anything else that is against the rules and not covered by the other report buttons. You also use this if the cam is on and the cammer is not or is sle eping.

Photo doesn't match the perfomer(s) in the broadcasting
Use this if the cammer is single but has two people in the intro picture, a male or female is camming but the opposite gender is in the intro, if they have a pornstar, cartoon, landscape, etc... for the intro picture.
Short explanation: If what is on the intro picture isn't on the cam then use this report.

Selected channel doesn't match the performer's gender
Another obvious one, if it's a male but on the main page it says female use this. If it's a transvestite claiming to be female, etc...

NOW, ON TO THE MATTER OF TELLING WHETHER A CAMMER IS LIVE OR PLAYING A VIDEO:
*RMEMBER for all of these give them a chance, don't be rude. Ask them to do something like: "Can you hold up two fingers please?" DO NOT ask questions like: "show pussy or your not real!". Be nice to them and make it sound like it doesn't matter or the fake ones will ban you on the spot. If you think you might get banned for asking them to hold up fingers then use a second profile to ask them.
When you ask them to do something like holding up two fingers that also lets the other viewers know that the cammer might be playing a video so that helps. If they do what you ask SAY "THANK YOU"! If they don't do it the first time wait till your request scrolls out of chat then ask again and if they don't then hit report. Just use common sense, if their back is to the cam, they are masturbating hard or doing something that they can't see the screen just wait until they are done to ask them.
There are easy signs that someone is playing a video and are not live:
A. It's a famous pornstar, they have no sound and they are only doing private shows on skype for paypal.
B. The profile was made only minutes before and they are totally naked (again) asking for paypal.
C. You've seen them on the day before and they are wearing the same clothes doing the same things.
D. They don't have sound but say they have sound if you go to another website.
E. Look at their profile, usually it will have a link to another site and say something about finding them there.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST:
Some of the models cam on other sites while they cam here, It may look recorded but they aren't. It takes time to know what to look for and get to know the models but it's important to be sure who is real, who is spamming for another website and who is trying to ripoff the viewers.
