Short skirts in winter

I was at a restaurant where lots of female students come for a quick lunch. Although it is the coldest day in the last month about half of them wear short skirt. And a lot of them wear skirts shorter then I have seen last winter. But don't expect them to show bare legs. Of course they wear leggings. I have to say a lot of them look hotter wearing those than baring some skin.

And because of the very short skirts one can always hunt for camel toes.
