Interesting feature

I saw on someone's profile that they had a traffic tracker but I can't remember who's profile it was. It listed the number of people by country who have looked at the profile. I was wondering if a helpful user might know how to add such an item.

I found out what it is, flagcounter.com but it doesn't work on here. It was just a .jpg posted into their profile. I am sad now.
