I often add some almond butter or slice one into some plain, non-fat organic yogurt (avoid all the flavored yogurts - they have a ton of sugar per serving. 4 grams of sugar equals one teaspoon. So if you're eating a food with a big sugar grams count, just think about the number of equivalent teaspoons of raw sugar you're ingesting). Not good for your waistline or your arteries and heart!
