Speaking for one woman (me), I get very excited when I see a large penis, but I believe this is for much the same reason as men get excited by large breasts; they are both powerful sexual indicators, and the brain seems to think “more is better”. In practical terms, I can’t say if large penises make a significant difference in my sexual pleasure. Feeling stretched and filled up is a very important part of my sexual pleasure, and larger penises provide more of this sensation, but there are so many other factors in sexual pleasure that penis size does not seem to be absolutely critical.
