Unusual? Yes. Fake? No. Look closely at how her nipples move in relation to her nice big breasts. There are no seams for the edge of a prosthetic device - skin to skin. Also watch how she responds to having her nipples touched - they're sensitive. I've never seen a pair of nipples like hers - and I think they're REAL. Wouldn't they be fun to suck on and play with?
