"Error Loading Thumb".....WTF?

Question for all: some of my favorites are coming up 'error loading thumb". What does that mean? Will this resolove itself or should i just delete the videos where it shows that? TIA.

It's been deleted or it's under review. Likely you wont see it again, so deleting it is best.
