Never cut without "clamping" the tissue first. Use forceps from an electronics shop or medical supplies shop. Choose a variety of sizes. They're pretty cheap. Numb the penis with topical anaesthetic cream, wait 45 minutes for full effect then carefully clamp the tissue you want to split. Clamp it all the way and feel the sting. It subsides once your brain switches to releasing pain relief mode. About 60 seconds. After that just leave the forceps closed for as long as you can.
