I often have people ask me how much I weigh, and because I’m not shy about that, I tell them! I am 200 lbs! I am normally met with a response like “What?! You don’t look like you weigh 200lbs!” I find it so funny when people react that way because they have drawn up an image of what that weight looks like and I don’t fit their bill. So many of the numbers, qualifiers,and labels we tie ourselves to, are arbitrary and subjective. First that the number is arbitrary, and second, that because of its meaninglessness it was never a worthy qualifier to begin with.
