Soo I had to use the restroom at a Home Depot one evening while shopping and I’m the only person in there. Then I hear someone else come in and use the urinal, wash up and it seemed like they went into the handicapped stall and what it sounded like he was jerking his meat, that distinct back and forth motion sound.
